Matt is an experienced litigation attorney licensed in NC and SC. Prior to founding Dellinger Law Firm in Davidson, NC where he lives with his wife and young son, Matt practiced in a multi-state firm in Wilmington, NC, and began his career handling construction lien, breach of contract, and design defects cases in SC.
Our Concord office has relocated! Our new address is 300 McGill Ave. NW, Suite 100, Concord, NC 28027, which is the former Cannon Mills Plant 6 (now known as Gibson Mill) administrative offices, located directly across the street from the mill. More recently, our building served as the headquarters of Niblock Homes. Please drop by and allow us to give you a tour of our new offices. Our telephone numbers have not changed.

We were excited to attend Southern Grace Distillers’ (http://www.southerngracedistilleries.com/) kick-off party on January 30 for their fantastic new Sun Dog 130 authentic North Carolina corn moonshine. It will be available on store shelves very soon. Marjorie Benbow in our Concord office handled the myriad legal details required to be able to make and sell this new whiskey.

The festival is a daylong festival that includes an autumn-inspired experience for adults, kids and families alike. Beginning at 11:00am, join us for the Chili Cook-off, games, inflatables, pumpkin painting, hayride, performances, crafts, and more. In the afternoon, you can enjoy live music from various local acts. The pumpkin carving contest begins at noon, so be sure to enter your carving creation before then! The contest features a “Penny War” to benefit the Morrison Family YMCA Annual Fund. Later in the evening, beginning at 5:30pm, enjoy an oyster roast, beer and wine.
The Ballantyne Festival is a 501(c)(3) charity and is run completely by volunteers. Net proceeds go to benefit local nonprofits and causes.

Moretz & Skufca sponsors Charlotte’s 24 Hours of Booty!
The Managing Partner of our Charlotte office, Ron Skufca, is a member of Team Reeb, a local cycling group that participates in competitive and charity cycling events. Moretz & Skufca sponsored Team Reeb in this year’s 24 Hours of Booty cycling event. This 24-hour cycling event hosts more than 1,200 riders and raises local and national funds for cancer-fighting programs. This year’s event takes place in Charlotte on July 25-26 from 7 p.m. to 7 p.m. Charlotte’s Myers Park neighborhood is home to the original Booty Loop. The Booty Loop is in the Myers Park neighborhood, which serves as the event headquarters for the 24 hours.
This year, Charlotte’s 24 Hours of Booty event has already raised $1,350,528. Team Reeb finished as the second-highest team fundraiser, raising $78,523. This total surpassed Team Reeb’s total from last year by more than $15,000. This event is very special to our Charlotte office’s Managing Partner, Ron Skufca, and we are all so proud of him for his excellent fundraising efforts and participation on Team Reeb!
