Peter is Of Counsel to our Charlotte office. During his legal career, he has gained a wide breadth of professional experience, including trials in state court, motions practice in federal court, and oral argument and briefing before the North Carolina Court of Appeals. Peter has also participated in numerous mediations and arbitrations involving a wide variety of disputes and claims, including mechanics lien and payment bond claims, personal injury claims, insurance coverage issues, claims arising from construction defects, and residential property disputes.
In addition to being a practicing attorney, Peter is also a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and REALTOR®. He maintains a separate residential real estate business and is affiliated with the Randolph Road office of Helen Adams Realty in Charlotte.
Peter has lived in the Charlotte area for almost thirteen years. Prior to moving to North Carolina, Peter attended law school in Lexington, Virginia, and practiced law with a small general practice firm in the Richmond area for approximately two years. He is a native of Roanoke, Virginia, and still maintains strong ties to the Southwest Virginia region.
